Six Cantons
Region and Map
From the lakeside promenade to the glacier in under two hours. Central Switzerland bundles vastly different location worlds within short distances.
The Region
A region like an open-air studio backlot
Central Switzerland lies in the geographical heart of the country: six cantons around Lake Lucerne, together barely larger than a day's journey. This is exactly what makes it so efficient for productions – an Old Town alley in the morning, a lakeside promenade at midday, a glacier panorama in the afternoon, and the crew still stays in the same place.
Added to this is an infrastructure designed for millions of guests per year: railways, boats, cable cars, hotels of all categories and short administrative paths. We know the region, the jurisdictions and the people behind them – and we open these doors for you.
