In brief

Central Switzerland offers urban and alpine locations in a small area – with infrastructure that serves both. We organise basecamps and parking, clarify electricity and technology, plan transport via road, rail, ship and cable car, and arrange accommodation, catering and regional service providers.

  • Basecamp areas including permits and access
  • Mains connection or generator operation, regionally sourced technology
  • Mountain railways and special trips for high-altitude locations
  • Accommodation in all categories with negotiated conditions
  • Crew, auxiliary staff and extras from the region

SERVICES IN DETAIL

Four areas where we provide concrete relief for productions – from initial planning to dismantling.

Basecamp and Parking

Basecamp and Parking

Basecamps, technical vehicles, wardrobe, and catering require spaces that fit the location and are logistically accessible. We know suitable sites in the city, the agglomeration, and the mountain regions, and we know where access, ground conditions, and space are appropriate for larger productions.

Public spaces almost always require a permit, while private sites require an agreement with the owners. We clarify responsibilities, negotiate usage and conditions, and assist with parking, deliveries, and traffic management around the set.

  • Areas in the city, agglomeration, and mountain regions
  • Access, terrain, and space conditions checked
  • Permits for public spaces
  • Agreements with private owners
  • Parking and deliveries around the set
  • Traffic management in coordination with authorities

SEASON AND ACCESSIBILITY

What can be realistically filmed in which season – and what the planning must take into account.

Winter

Pass roads and alpine paths closed, mountain railways with reduced hours. Snow-sure locations from mid-altitude, short daylight windows.

Spring

Snow line rises, alpine paths open in stages. Wildlife rest and breeding periods restrict locations in protected areas.

Summer

Full accessibility, but high occupancy rates for accommodation, boat services and mountain railways. Early reservation recommended.

Autumn

Stable lighting conditions, lower tourist volume, cattle descents (Alpabzug) and seasonal closures from October.
