Summary
The alte Lorzentobelbrücke connects the municipalities of Baar and Menzingen across a deep gorge. Completed in 1910, the sandstone viaduct spans the Lorzentobel with five arches at heights of up to 58 metres. Alongside the arched viaduct are a covered wooden bridge (1759) and a modern concrete bridge (1985) – three generations of bridges side by side.
