Description
The Golzernsee is situated in the Canton of Uri in the Glarus Alps at an altitude of approximately 1,411 metres above sea level. The lake is located on the northern slope of the Maderanertal. The surrounding area offers paths around the lake, viewpoints and proximity to the Alp Golzeren, which is accessible via a cable car from Bristen.
