Description
A former 16th-century Capuchin monastery in Stans has been transformed into a centre of excellence for the regional culinary culture: the Culinarium Alpinum. It offers a culinary programme ranging from the culinary arts, distillery and agriculture to sommelier expertise. The building includes restaurant and seminar rooms as well as 14 bedrooms.
